Made some yummy Mediteranean Chicken tonight.
I did a few things different though.
I replaced the Feta with a Motzerella blend
and I replaced Kalamata with Black olives.
I added some chopped grape tomatoes too.
I also breaded the chicken prior to slitting it.
It took a bit longer then 6min/side - even on the thinner pieces, but it was very moist and a big hit by my hubby and sister.
